Allergen Information Program Module

This module functions in parallel with your Menu Planning and allows you to identify allergens on your menu quickly and easily to comply with the requirements of the EU legislation (the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation 1169/2011).


With your new module you are able to:
  • Input allergen information for all of the ingredients you use
  • Use the recipe analysis software to build new recipes and check them for allergens
  • Identify the suitability of your recipes and menus for people with special requirements such as gluten and dairy free

  • This module also allows you to flag recipes and menus for religious diets such as Kosher or Halal as well as those suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.
