ALLERGENS

This module functions in parallel with your Menu Planning and allows you to identify allergens on your menu quickly and easily to comply with the current statutory requirements on allergens. You can find more information on allergens here

The 14 allergens are:

  • Cereals containing gluten; namely wheat, rye, barley and oats

  • Crustaceans

  • Eggs

  • Fish

  • Peanuts

  • Soybeans

  • Milk (including lactose)

  • Nuts

  • Celery (including celeriac)

  • Mustard

  • Sesame

  • Sulphur dioxide/ sulphites

  • Lupin

  • Molluscs
