Drawing on many of the key features of NMP Gold, Nutmeg's market-leading program for Older People in Care Homes, the Community Meals and Lunch Clubs program allows meals to be analysed across whole or part weeks.
In common with NMP Gold it includes a database of more than 1,600 recipes, based on the nutritional requirements of older people and those with dementia. The database contains over 300 recipes specially adapted to be suitable for soft diets for patients and residents with dysphagia. NMP Community Meals also gives users the flexibility to plan full meals or platter combinations, such as filled jacket potatoes, salads and sandwiches, to reflect the tastes of older people.
